As a Junior Network Technician, you will play a crucial role in supporting and maintaining our network infrastructure.
This 3-month opportunity in Hamilton, ON, offers hands-on experience starting from February 12.

Install, modify, test, and repair data communications network equipment.
Provide connectivity and network support for internal and external networks.
Analyze software, hardware, and network systems for processors, multiplexes, and LAN/WAN communications.
Set up user accounts on company servers and perform system backups.
Escalate technical issues to appropriate teams and ensure follow-up.
Monitor, manage, and respond to emails in shared team mailboxes or distribution lists.
Attend required team meetings to stay updated on changes affecting the Global Support Center.
Assist in problem management with internal teams, clients, or customers.
Allocate time and tasks in the Time Reporting System.
Demonstrate 1-2 years of experience in ticket documentation, SLA achievement, email and request queue handling, internal tools monitoring, customer service, troubleshooting documentation, and major incident handling with RFO documentation.
