Job Title: Senior Systems Administration/Operations Support Specialist (Two Positions)
Our government client is looking for a Senior Systems Administration/Operations Support Specialist. You'll provide Tier 3 support, monitor alerts, coordinate changes, and perform Infrastructure Quality Assurance testing. Responsibilities include systems analysis, technical impact identification, and creating mitigation strategies. Key tasks involve managing IT service desk incidents, change/problem processes, and the Footprints ticketing application. Compliance with ISO 27001 standards for Personal Information (PI) and Personal Health Information (PHI) handling is essential. This "Hybrid" role requires 3 days onsite and 2 days remote work. Requirements:
10+ years of experience in network and security infrastructure.
Expertise in Citrix NetScaler, VMWare products, Microsoft server, and active directory.
2+ years of ITIL IT Service Management experience.
2+ years of experience in the healthcare industry.
Familiarity with Check Point FireWall-1/VPN-1, Cisco switching, routing solutions, McAfee security solutions, and Windows Server environments.
Experience providing guidance to database administrators, network administrators, and systems administrators.
Desktop technical support through ticketing systems.
