We were tasked with transitioning JCI functions offshore from the US. The initial scope was for a 24x7 solution for L1 and L2 engineers.

This extended to further providing single sign-on server and application support.

 

Solution

We provided full L1 technical support for Identity Management and SSO Federation Services support for SiteMinder.

We also provided the talent for L2 advanced technical and server support for SS Federation Services and SiteMinder.


Result

The client saw the results of a fully outsourced model for the delivery of the 24x7 operation for both L1 and L2 tiers.

We manage the full scope of employees for the function, including: recruitment, training, operations, quality and HR development together with provisioning of the infrastructure and hardware.
