Your responsibilities will include:
Work closely with the CRM Manager to help drive CRM activities in order to build customer loyalty and drive consumption
Deliver customer insights and make recommendations by performing data analysis and post activity evaluations
Responsible for shaping the different customer profiles along with the CRM team, and carrying out the optimization of CRM/marketing activities by defining market sectors and customer selection based on customer profiling and segmentation
Responsible for identifying key trends and factors influencing customer behavior, like consumption and brand loyalty
Serve as a custodian of customer database, and responsible for the maintenance and management of customer data to ensure data integrity
Provide timely and accurate reporting of key KPI’s on a daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly basis ▪ Responsible for hands-on modeling and analysis of marketing campaigns to determine the best mix of channels and messaging
Partner with cross functional stakeholders to develop and execute campaigns that optimize customer loyalty and lifetime value
Develop and own customer models to predict customer response rate, customer frequency rate, customer life-time value (LTV), etc.
Identify, recommend, and implement quality and efficient improvements to CRM processes.

Scope and Responsibilities:
Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Consumer Direct Sciences, the Consumer Insights Analyst will be responsible for analyzing customer data to provide support for trade and marketing efforts, providing useful insight on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns; and helping to initiate and implement CRM initiatives that will boost brand and customer loyalty and drive consumption.
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in CRM/database marketing and customer analytics.
Passion to drive business decisions with data and analyses • Analytical and statistical skills
Excellent quantitative skills and the proven ability to analyze, synthesize and distill large volumes of data down to key takeaways
Excellent working knowledge of web analytics tools, experience with Adobe Analytics, Tableau required
Working knowledge of business intelligence (BI) environments
Proven ability to present strategies and make recommendations to senior management
Strong understanding of web technologies, experience with SFCC, SFMC & a CDP Tool is a plus.
Good knowledge of CRM strategies, marketing principals and industry-oriented knowledge.
Proven ability to present actionable insights from analytics findings and to make clear recommendations to senior management
Ability to work across cultures and geographies to support local digital needs
Self-starter mentality and enjoys working in a fast paced environment
Should be available 40 hours per week
