Department / Project:
Package Innovation (Core Technologies)/ Material Center database implementation, based in Nijmegen.
You will need to be based on-site in Nijmegen at least 4 days / week.
The assignment will start with a training on the use of Material Center database and how to process and enter data using mapping templates. Various linear and non-linear material properties that need to be entered are from existing (check)lists or need to be processed from raw data using excel or off-line programming.
A significant part of the assignment will involve verification of the data for accuracy and consistency. You will collaborate closely with material and Finite Element modelling engineers to ensure a smooth workflow from Material data import to export of compatible data into the simulation software tools (Marc-Mentat & Ansys).
Another minor part of the assignment will be to take part documentation and training of the procedure to other users.
