Responsible for definition and implementation of Mixed-signal Design-For-Test (DfT)
Responsible for the product test strategy for new products and cost downs.
Responsible for the test risk assessment (Test-FMEA).
Responsible to provide engineering input (test costs & NRE).
Responsible for test vector creation and acts as interface between test and design engineers
Support IC design to improve testability.
Define innovative test methods, focus on analog IC’s.
Representative in worldwide forums, symposia, fairs etc. on test- and DfT strategy.
Connect to and collaborate with universities and Research canters on test and DfT strategy.
Support Roadmap by defining test roadmap
Initiate peer and gate reviews for the TE part.
Drive improvements for test efficiency and product quality.
Execute tasks according planning, find solutions to keep the planning on track.
Participate in problem solving teams (8D).
Guide and steer peers in local TE teams.
Nijmegen, The Netherlands: 3 days / week on-site preferred.
Bachelor or Master degree in Electronic Engineering;
Proven experience in Semiconductors;
DfT tools, experience in IC design environments will be a plus
Mixed signal circuit knowledge and testing
Test hardware concept and schematic development
Signal and power integrity
Show initiative, take ownership and have an entrepreneurial attitude
Have customer orientation and quality mindset
Possesses Analytical Skills and ability to apply pragmatic approaches
Excellent communication skills in English
